Can you send a parcel recorded delivery to a PO Box address?

I want to return something rubbish I bought on ebay. Can you send a parcel recorded delivery to a PO Box address?
YES you can. I've had a po box in the past and the mail office puts a card in the po box to let the owner know that they have a recorded parcel awaiting, and gets the owner to sign for it when they collect their mail. Its no different than delivering a parcel to a normal address. So go ahead and do it, it'll be ok.Can you send a parcel recorded delivery to a PO Box address?
Somebody has to sign for a recorded delivery. If its just a PO Box theres nobody to sign. You could ask ebay for the proper address of the seller. I dont think they are allowed to sell using just a PO Box address. That way anybody can sell all kinds of junk and you cant return it.
