Basically I ordered a item from Amazon.com and it was meant to be delivered by city link, however all I got was the sorry we missed you card even though I've been in all day and now i'm expected to pay for it to be delivered or travel 50miles just to collect it, is there any other option?Parcel delivery........?
Ring them up and complain, if you've honestly been in all day and they haven't called you then that means they messed up. Also if your going to do this check you gave them the correct details.
