How right you are, always happens to me as well or the minute i decide to take the dogs for a wee i will see the van pull-up and have to run home. Another thing is i will just have a cup of tea and a sandwich and they will knock on the door and i have to swallow so fast and mumble thank you.:)Why is it when you stay at home all day waiting for a parcel/delivery they always ring the bell when?
I used to work for a certain catalogue company (rhymes with ahh-toss) and we used to get 'special instructions' to avoid school-runs/don't deliver before 9am etc. etc.. I used to take great pride in totally disregarding these and failing deliveries left, right and indeed centre. How I used to laugh at the disappointment on peoples faces. Worthless maggots, the lot of them.
And here come some really cheap TD's. Ha ha and, indeed, ha.
Then you run to the door in a state of undress to discover a note through the letter box.. "sorry you were out, you can collect your parcel at...." or "ring.....we will call again" it is so maddening !!Why is it when you stay at home all day waiting for a parcel/delivery they always ring the bell when?
The good people at the post office have set a camera up inside your bathroom. They wait until you are there, then send the postal worker to your door.
