I sold an item and the buyer is located outside USA. And I tried to purchase shipping label and expect to spend $0.19 for delivery confirmation on paypal/ USPS.com, but it doesnt have this option. Is it because I clicked " First-class international parcel " so i cant have discount $0.19 for delivery confirmation? so how about USPS store? will they provide delivery confirmation service if i ship using First class international parcel.USPS First-class international parcel no delivery confirmation?
Delivery confirmation is only available on express and some priority international services.
