My neighbour is interfering with with my parcel deliveries?

I don't get along with my neighbour. Recently I've found out that when I get any parcels delivered to my home, my neighbour runs outside and says that I've left, and the item should be returned to the sender. I've needed to organise several re-deliveries due to this.

What can I do?My neighbour is interfering with with my parcel deliveries?
You could punch him in the throat.
It's an offense to interfere with the mail but the police would at best just caution your neighbour, probably unofficially, because proving anything would be difficult and frankly they can't handle serious crime so would hardly be willing to take this any further. Contact Royal Mail and fully explain what your neighbour is doing and how the postal workers are failing to come to your door. They can be disciplined for this. They really shouldn't take anyone's word you aren't home without checking. My neighbour is interfering with with my parcel deliveries?
Try the police, let the post office know, take out an injunction - if the neighbour breaks this he can be jailed. Or a solicitor's letter might help.

A covert CCTV camera might help - or even an evident one as a deterrent. Send yourself a parcel or two so that you can video your neighbour doing this. Log the date and time and evidence that this happened.
Get a Post Office mail redirection form, complete it with his name and address - put the new address as somewhere in Scotland or anywhere far away (must be a genuine full address), pay the small fee and submit the formMy neighbour is interfering with with my parcel deliveries?
