What are my rights? parcel delivery?

right, well a few days ago i ordered a watch online because they promised that it would be here within 3 days, i wasnt at home on the first day so i patiently waited over the next 2 and recieved nothing, i then called the company and they said that they delivered it on the first day (when i wasnt in), but they didnt, well not to me anyway, and that day there was knowone in my house, so i dont know who they have delivered it too, i asked if it was signed for and she said no, i cant help thinking that someone was in the right place at the right time and saw someone attempting a delivery to my house and just decided to pose as someone in my household and have got away with it, which i suppose isnt that uncommon... i am going to call back tomorrow, but what are my rights? i havnt signed for it, they say its been deliveded, but there was knowone in the house all say, i am 200quid out of pocket and very confused, please helpWhat are my rights? parcel delivery?
You have a right to your gods redelivered or your money back. The problem is the fact you were not i on the first day. otherwise you would be congratulating them on their prompt service. However, they have no signature so the onus is on them to prove delivery, which they will not be able to do. Therefore it stands as NOT BEING DELIVERED. Otherwise a dishonest employee could pocket all the parcels and state they were delivered.??

You should - phone and email and write - keeping a record. Also note down the name of the person you speak to on the phone.
