I'm just wondering whether anyone would know if my parcel would be delivered today, on personal experience? This is because my tracking details are confusing me..
The tracking details are shown below :) :
30-12-2010 07:18 Aldershot Depot Received at delivery depot
30-12-2010 07:06 Aldershot Depot Loaded to vehicle for delivery
30-12-2010 00:38 National Hub Received and processed
29-12-2010 18:11 Shrewsbury Depot Tracked out of Local Hub
I wouldn't have thought that the loaded to vehicle for delivery would be before the depot :S

They use hand held bar code scanners and the discrepancy is probably due to the upload sequence to the mainframe computer, as the two entries are timed within a few minutes this is likely just to be a system anomally usually if it is loaded to the vehicle then it will be delivered that day or the following day.
