Parcel Delivery question help TAKING LONGER THAN USUAL TO ARRIVE!!!!!?

i brought a airsoft gun on thurday 6-7pm from a very trusted website which my friends have already used multiple times.



it says 24-48 hr delivery which is basicly 1-2 days, now its saturday and i havent got anything yet AND the mail has arrivedd whisch is royal mail (royal mail isnt the company that are suppoesd to send it to me)



the couriers that the website use is called parcel force + i live in the UK which is zone 1 and that is supposed to have a guarantee for 2 days MAX delivery.



i am confused and it might come later in the day i just want to know what might be a issue here so if you know why it is taking longer than usual then please tell me

Saturday is not counted as a working day either by the vendor or Parcelforce. Additionally, yolu ordered Thursday EVENING (too late to be processed that day - therefore your 24-48 hours starts from Friday morning)Parcel Delivery question help TAKING LONGER THAN USUAL TO ARRIVE!!!!!?
