My rights on non delivery of parcel?

i bought an item on the internet and the company say it has been delivered to me already, but i haven't received the parcel! Where do i stand on my rights? My rights on non delivery of parcel?
As a start ask the company for proof of posting and delivery. I would have thought that it is they need to have proof of delivery not you. Also if you are in the UK have a look at the citizens advice bureau website. My rights on non delivery of parcel?
You need to move fast on this as there may be time limits on getting details. You need to demand proof of delivery from the supplier. If it appears to have been signed for but not by you the next step it a police report for theft. If it was over 拢100 get on to your Credit card company ASAP as they should be able to get money back if you can't get satisfactory answer from supplier. If you used a debit card there is a chargeback system for Visa transactions. It is generally the job of the supplier to get it to you, especially if you paid extra for delivery. In UK there is always the threat of Small Claims Court, If overseas you are relying on reputation of the supplier
