Which delivery service to use in Australia?

Hi guys, just wondering which company offer cheap delivery rate for parcel delivery service within Australia? I'm estimating about 30-40kgs of stuff to be delivered from Adelaide to Perth and time is really not a big issue for me. All i know is Auspost at the moment, just wondering if i have other options?Which delivery service to use in Australia?
You can use AustPost but you would have to split it down into maximum 20Kg boxes and they have size limitations also so it depends what exactly you are shipping.

When I moved from Melbourne to Townsville I used a franchise called Pack and Send who were friendly, helpful and had reasonable prices. I compared them to the bigger companies and they were more reasonable. There is only four outlets in Adelaide but they can pick up if required, however, it would be cheaper to take it to them.

Seeing as time isn't an issue I wouldn't use a courier service as you would be paying a premium to use them. Just use one of the cost calculators on each of the companies to get an indication of the costs.

I checked all the people for my move from Melbourne to Townsville and Pack and Send was the cheapest courier, however, Australia Post is by far the cheapest of all the providers mentioned but your items would need to be packed in accordance with their size and weight restrictions. Go to Aust post and ask to see the largest box they will deliver (should be 20Kg) and see if you can fit your stuff in two of them. From memory it was $45 per box but it depends where you're sending it.Which delivery service to use in Australia?
