I have tracked a package that has been sent through Parcel Force on there website it states the following information
22-07-2010 11:42 National Hub Sorted in hub
Expected Delivery Date 22-07-2010
Express 24hour service.
I assume this will not be coming today?PARCEL FORCE DELIVERY?
You will find that they take a while to update they're servers... they say tracking but it only tracks when it gets to certain checkpoints if you like.
If you paid for the premium of getting it delivered in 24hours then they will have to give you a refund of the difference of 48hours... you will only get this if you ask and challenge them mind.PARCEL FORCE DELIVERY?
Why do you assume it is not coming today? Did the date change?
